I guess there was no other way going into it that I wouldn't have gotten hooked on being able to maniulate colors and patterns without a mess of paint, chalk, ink.. any other media that would require more space and things to carry around. Wow, I have a camera, which of course, with all the programs, and potential with that, I have had quite the creative surge.
What I think amazes me about photographing people, (myself/friends) is that knowing my own insecurities and theirs, I know I can edit the photo to come out.. picture perfect! The options to edit and enhance a really bad photo is just amazingly fun. The sad part is it can be so deceptive.
Machines to enhance sound make a 'not so good' singer, a very good singer! Machines like camera's and computer programs that work together can make us look a lot more perfect to the world.
But then again, who puts a bad foot first unless you can skip over it? :>
The blur factor is great for soft edges, hues for colors of lipstick. In fact, what's great about it almost working like a mirror (although there are downloadable mirrors online) you can try on different looks you might want on a bigger glossy for framing for a special person. You can also put an array of frames on them. Print them off and make a great scrapbook of your familes best and funnest photos. The possibilities are endless.
